集大成
春学期から、
「企業インターンシップ」という授業を、
通年で履修してるんだけど、
そのまとめの会みたいなものが、
今日行われた。
インターンシップに参加した学生と、
受け入れてくださった企業の方とで、
グループワーク。
かなりざっくばらんに話が出来て良かった。
その後は、ノースに行って懇親会。
普通にビールとかワインとか置いてあって、
飲みつつここでもトーク。
その中で出てきたのが、
今の学生はスマートで頭がいいという話。
今の学生というか、東京の学生かな。
でも俺には、
それが誉めてるようには聞こえなかったなぁ。
何か、人間ぽさがなくなってるのかなぁ。
自分を良く見せようという意識が強くなっちゃって、
結果的に偽者の自分を見せてるのかもしれない。
あと思ったのが、
挫折を感じたことがないこともポイントかも。
苦しみを乗り越えた経験がないから、
どこか悪い意味で真直ぐないい子ちゃんになってるのかも。
って挫折しろって意味じゃないけどさ。
素直に自分を出すことって、
案外難しいことなのかも。
